You've seen a property you like and want to rent it.  What next?

We'll send you an e-mail link to an application form.  It's quite straightforward - personal details; current and previous addresses; employment or course of study details; current and previous landlord information.  If you expect to have some or all of your rent paid by housing benefit please tell us.  It is at the landlord's discretion whether or not they are prepared to accept housing benefit. 


Part of the application process involves a credit check - if you think there may be some negative information please make sure you tick that box on the form. It won't necessarily make any difference. In the current economic climate there are a lot of people whose circumstances aren't perfect, and that may be why they have to rent.


We do not charge an adminstration fee for a property application, but you may wish to fast-track your application with LetsXL who carry out our checks.  Their charge for this service is £50.
