We will ask you to pay £100 which will be deducted from the deposit that you will pay later. This amount is also fully refundable should your application not complete 


Our referencing process is free and should take no longer than 48 hours to complete.


If you are not the first applicant we won't waste your time  -  however you can let us know if you wish to be next in line - which means that if the first application does not complete, we will contact you again to ask if you are still interested.   


You will then have priority and 48 hours to complete an application.


If you pay a part-deposit and the process does not complete within the timescale, we will unconditionally refund your payment in full.

Our office at Holmlea Road is not currently open to the public.



Contractors must contact our staff beforehand to make arrangements to collect keys.



Our staff can always be contacted by

email, seven days a week.  We will always reply the same day.  



However, if you do need to phone please leave a voice message  - we will call you back as soon as possible and always the same day.



If you are an MBM tenant and you have a serious problem or emergency please phone and leave a message on our tenants-only emergency number, which is 07768 866935. You can also send a text message to this number.   


This number is for existing tenants and only for emergency out-of-hours calls.



We will respond immediately to any tenant with an urgent out-of-hours emergency call.
