MBM Home Lets has been established for 30 years and during that time many of our original tenants have become our landlords.

We will ask you to pay £100 which will be deducted from the deposit that you will pay later. This amount is also fully refundable should your application not complete 

 

Our referencing process is free and should take no longer than 48 hours to complete.

 

If you are not the first applicant we won't waste your time  -  however you can let us know if you wish to be next in line - which means if the first application does not complete, we will contact you again to ask if you are still interested.   

You will then have priority and 48 hours to complete an application.

 

If you pay a part-deposit and the process does not complete within the timescale, we will refund your payment in full.

Thank you very much  to all our tenants, our emergency trades and our owners for doing their very best to help one another over the past three months.

 

 

If you are an MBM tenant experiencing financial problems that may affect your ability to pay your rent,

then please tell us  - we'll do everything we can to help with the support you may need to obtain housing benefit, universal credit, or any other benefits that you may be entitled to.

 

 

The MBM office in Holmlea Road is not currently open during normal office hours, except by special arrangement for contractors or key collections.

 

 

Our staff are working remotely and can always be contacted by

e-mail, seven days a week.  We will respond quickly and within a few hours, including at weekends.

 

 

However. if you do need to phone and you don't receive an answer, please leave a voice message - we will call you back as soon as possible and always the same day.
